Worldwide Spanish Education Policy
Our educational goal is to help you learn, improve, and practice the Spanish language through strong communication skills.

a. Enrollment Terms

Students can start classes at their most convenient time, as enrollment is open 24/7.
-
Students are welcome to choose a tutor from the list who best matches their needs.
b. Booking
-
To book a class for the first time, follow these steps:
-
Click on "Schedule a Class."
-
Choose an appointment type.
-
Select your time zone.
-
Select a date.
-
Fill in the required information.
-
Continue to payment or redeem a coupon.

Click on "Complete Appointment."
-
You will receive a Zoom link for your first class.

To book a class:
-
Double-check that your time zone is correct.

Click on "Schedule Another Appointment."
-
Log into your account.
-
Select a date.
-
Complete the appointment.

You will receive a Zoom link for your class.

We value punctuality and responsibility. You will receive two reminders: one 4 hours before class and another 1 hour before.
-
Classes should be booked at least 7 days in advance to secure your spot.
-
You can use the recurring booking option, which automatically reserves your spot and schedules future classes. Simply select the recurring option, choose the day to repeat, and set the frequency.

Waiting time:
-
For 60-minute classes: 15 minutes
-
For 45-minute classes: 10 minutes
-
For 30-minute classes: 5 minutes
-
If you are running late and have informed us, the cancellation or "free of charge" policy may apply.

Please note that classes are 60 minutes long. If your class is followed by another, please try to address any questions or comments within the scheduled time.
c. Class Attendance Rules and Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule, please give your tutor at least 4 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in being charged for the full lesson.

You can cancel or reschedule classes through your WWS account by selecting the class and clicking the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" button. The system will guide you through the process.

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled for free up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. After that, the cancellation policy will apply.

To report issues regarding lessons, bookings, or your account, please contact admin@worldwidespanish.com or reach out via our official social media accounts.

If there are less than 4 hours remaining before your lesson, you cannot cancel or reschedule for free; the cancellation policy will apply.

In case of an emergency, the first missed class is free of charge. The cancellation policy does not apply.

If a professor must cancel due to an emergency, they will notify you as soon as possible. If more than 4 hours remain before the lesson, it will be rescheduled. If the cancellation occurs within 4 hours, you will receive one free lesson (of the same duration as the missed class). If you do not receive a notice, please contact admin@worldwidespanish.com for a solution.

Professors, students, and staff are encouraged to communicate in a polite and professional manner.

Professors and students must respect each other’s time, characteristics, and personalities. Disrespectful, inappropriate, fraudulent, or unethical behavior, as well as harassment, are not tolerated at WWS.

The following actions are prohibited and may lead to account deactivation and removal from the platform:

Inappropriate behavior or harassment towards students, professors, or staff.

Any attempt to receive or offer money off-platform.
-
Sending or requesting private information between students and professors.
-
Money laundering, spam messaging, or fraudulent activities.

Payments
First-Time Payment

All sales are final; they can be reassigned to another professor or transferred to another student. Currently, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to reassign your classes to a different professor or transfer your credits, please contact admin@worldwidespanish.com.

Go to "Book Now" and select the package you wish to purchase. This will direct you to PayPal for payment. All packages come with a discount.
